Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive operational support (CARE, Tech Ops, Billing, Warehouse) to branded partner locations for delivering consistent customer experienceManaging ongoing relationships with branded partners and develop and distribute promotional and communications materialsEnsuring that each branded partner location is maintained and merchandised consistent with brand standards and operating guidelinesServing as liaison to branded partners with regards to any sales and customer care-related issues that may escalate to ComcastDelivering sales presentations to partners, showcasing product knowledge and advantages over competitorsAttaining territorial sales goals and objectives as established by regional-divisional managementAssuming no responsibility for managing personnel at branded partner locationsProviding support to branded partner locations by addressing system outages, supply chain, and inventory issuesConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
