Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within a large outpatient clinic setting with a high volume of orthopedic cases
• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with upper extremity and lower extremity orthopedic conditions, generalized weakness, sports medicine injuries, and pain
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team including PT and SLP professionals
• May infrequently float to Med Surg for coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Ability to work day shift hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Professional dress code compliance required — scrubs or business casual attire; no blue jeans

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating orthopedic diagnoses including upper and lower extremity conditions, sports medicine, and pain management
• Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
